Shaheen Farooqi

Shaheen Farooqi is a recruitment professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Recruitment Officer at Binghalib Group of Companies since March 2024, Shaheen leads the end-to-end recruitment process for 16 companies across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, specializing in engineering talent related to various sectors including LV switchgear and Oil & Gas. Previously, Shaheen held multiple roles at MicroAgility Services (Pvt) Ltd. from February 2021 to February 2024, progressing from International Recruitment Executive to Lead Recruiter. Additionally, Shaheen gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Executive at BiniTelecom between November 2019 and February 2021. Shaheen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource from Arid Agriculture University, completed in September 2019.
