Lisa M. Pacheco has over 27 years of experience in recruitment and training within the banking sector, currently serving as a Recruitment & Training Officer at East Cambridge Savings Bank since November 1996. Lisa has held various roles including Assistant Manager - Recruitment & Training, Training Specialist, and Trainer, where Lisa M. developed and administered training programs for new and existing employees, contributed to community Financial Literacy Programs, and acted as Lead Trainer for a system conversion in 2003. Prior to their current role, Lisa worked as a Teller/CSR, handling financial transactions and conducting customer needs analyses. Additionally, Lisa served as a Teaching Assistant at Cambridge College in 2009. Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Cambridge College, a Certificate from New England School for Financial Studies, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Suffolk University.
