Shawn Zhang

Shawn (Guanghao) Zhang is a seasoned researcher and project manager with extensive experience in computer engineering, focusing on software development, network-on-chip security, and computer architecture. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at Binghamton University since September 2012, Shawn has generated research publications, supported project proposals, and conducted workshops for students. Prior leadership as President of the Chinese Students and Scholars Association involved organizing numerous cultural and professional events for the university's Chinese community and securing substantial funding. Previously held roles include Project Manager at Shanghai Jungle, where Shawn evaluated business opportunities and oversaw ecommerce website development, and Data Analysis Intern at Ford Motor Company Asia Pacific Africa, where data analysis tools were designed and implemented. Shawn holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Binghamton University and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.
