Binu David

Binu David is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR operations and talent management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Group Director of HR Operations at Binghatti since February 2024, Binu previously held the position of Manager for HR Operations and Rewards at Amlak Finance PJSC. With a significant tenure at the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority from November 2015 to August 2023 as a Senior Officer in Talent Management Operations, Binu received recognition as the most outstanding employee in 2016 and played a crucial role in projects related to organizational structure and employee benefits. Experience also includes roles such as HR Manager at Al Etihad Credit Bureau, Human Resources Manager at AOG, Senior HR Generalist at Abu Dhabi University, and HR Consultant at Knowledge Horizon. Binu holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Bangalore University.
