Neha Pareek

Neha Pareek currently serves as the Global Human Resources Director at Dyson, overseeing HR functions for Global Supply Chain, Global Quality, and Energy Storage Operations in Malaysia and the Philippines. With extensive experience, Neha has held various HR leadership roles, including HR Director for IBM ASEAN and Singapore, and was Chief of Staff to the CEO of IBM Asia Pacific. Neha's career includes significant contributions to consulting and application innovation services across Asia Pacific, and impactful recruitment initiatives for IBM's labs in India. Neha is also a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Educational qualifications include a Human Resource Management Certification from Harvard University and an MS in Industrial Psychology from Bangalore University.
