Mathew Leo has a substantial background in operations and management within the waste and recycling industry, marked by a tenure at BINGO INDUSTRIES that began in March 2010. Mathew Leo initially served as a Truck Driver and Fleet Allocator before advancing to the role of Operations Manager for transport from March 2010 to June 2016. Since September 2016, Mathew Leo has held the position of General Manager for B&D collections NSW, demonstrating a strong progression in leadership and operational expertise.
