Kishan Patel has a diverse work experience in the technology and retail sectors. Kishan started their career at Boots UK, where they served as both a Test Environment Analyst and later as a Test Environment Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for managing and supporting test environments, collaborating with project managers, and resolving environment-related issues. Kishan then moved on to Dunelm as a Test Environment & Automation Lead, where they established environment management strategies, collaborated with stakeholders, and defined environment requirements. Kishan then joined Arcadia Group Ltd as an Environment and Release Manager, where they developed and implemented a CI/CD release pipeline and managed the environments strategy to meet project demands. Kishan's most recent position is at Bink, where they initially served as an Incident & Release Manager and is currently the Head of Service Management.
