Hillary Passovoy

Hillary Passovoy, PE, is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Binkley & Barfield | DCCM since April 2024. Previously, Hillary held the position of Project Manager at R. G. Miller Engineers, Inc. from February 2018 to April 2024, and at Stantec from January 2015 to February 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Bury from March 2012 to January 2015, and as Engineer Associate I at Bury+Partners from March 2011 to March 2012. Hillary began a career in engineering at Carter & Burgess, where titles included Project Engineer and Lead Designer from October 2001 to September 2006, and further experience was gained as a Project Engineer and Design Engineer at LONCO, Inc. from January 1998 to September 2001. Hillary holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
