Scott Cowell

Scott Cowell has extensive experience in civil engineering design and management, with a focus on clean and wastewater treatment works and associated infrastructure. Scott currently holds the title of Engineering Manager at Binnies, where Scott leads the engineering design production for large wastewater treatment plant upgrades. Prior to this, Scott held various roles at Binnies, including Civil Design Manager and Resident Engineer, working on a variety of projects such as drainage improvements, wastewater treatment plants, and cross-country pipelines. Scott's educational background includes a MEng BSc Hons in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester.
