Jamie Radoja BBA, CHRL, CVA has over 13 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Jamie began their career in 2007 as a Junior Financial Analyst for GE Capital. In 2008, they were a Marketing Assistant for PepsiCo and a Human Resources Assistant for STAPLES Canada. In 2009, they were a Compensation Student for the Regional Municipality of Waterloo. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Human Resources Generalist for Contingent Workforce Solutions and an HR Consultant for the Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Human Resources Administrative Coordinator for the City of St. Catharines and a Volunteer Coordinator, HR Generalist, and Human Resources Generalist, Recruitment for Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Currently, they are a Human Resources Manager for BinSentry.

Jamie Radoja obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2009. Jamie then obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same university. In addition, Jamie Radoja is a Certified Human Resources Professional from HRPA and a Certified in Volunteer Administration (CVA) from the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration.
