Nicole Korset-Ristic

Nicole Korset-Ristic holds extensive experience in leadership roles within the retail and food sectors. Since November 2014, Nicole has served as CEO and held various executive positions at BIO COMPANY, including Vorstand Verkauf & Immobilien and Leitung Verkauf. Nicole also currently leads Midgard Naturkost GmbH as Geschäftsführerin since January 2024. Prior experience includes a key role in sales at Lidl in Deutschland from January 2009 to October 2014 and an internship at Axel Springer Verlag Ag in 2008. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in European Management from Technische Hochschule Wildau and a commercial training degree from Allgemeiner Wirtschaftsdienst - AWD Berlin.
