Shella Rahmayanti possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science and Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung, earned in 2016. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Shella has served as a Production Staff at Bio Farma since August 2019, following a role as a Quality Assurance Pharmacist at PT Sanbe Farma where responsibilities included managing product recalls and handling customer complaints. Earlier roles include internships at PT Kimia Farma Apotek, Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, PT Otto Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., and PT Biofarma, focusing on various aspects of pharmaceutical services, quality assurance, and production processes.
