Tina Andrilina is a seasoned professional in talent management with extensive experience in various organizations, currently serving as Senior Talent Management at Bio Farma in Indonesia. Tina's expertise encompasses talent management strategy and policy, talent acquisition, recruitment, selection, assessment, and development. Previously, Tina held roles such as Executive Consultant at Kanigara Group, where responsibilities included corporate value creation and internalization, and Assessment and People Development Assistant Manager at PT.
