Condi Peng

Condi (Xi) Peng currently serves as a Sr. Staff Scientist and Design Validation Lead at Bio-Rad Laboratories, focusing on next-generation product development since September 2025. Prior experience includes managerial roles in software testing and proteomics robotics at Seer, as well as contributions to nucleic acid testing system R&D and software QA at Grifols. At Grifols, Condi successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to support FDA 510K clearance, led product development initiatives, and implemented technology solutions for automation and cybersecurity. Additional roles include Corporate Partnerships Manager at Be the Change Foundation, with responsibilities for building corporate partnerships and leading internship programs, and early career experience in quality control and software testing. Educated at Purdue University with a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, along with a bachelor's degree in energy and power engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
