Toby Freund

Toby Freund is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Associate General Counsel & Assistant Secretary, Senior Counsel at Bio-Rad Laboratories since January 2013. In this role, Toby leads a global legal team supporting the Commercial and Supply Chain divisions, overseeing critical legal matters such as sales, trade compliance, procurement, and product development. Previous positions at Bio-Rad include lead counsel for the Americas and global counsel for Commercial and Supply Chain.
