Director Revenue Cycle Management at Bio-Reference Laboratories

Nichole Cambria has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles.

Nichole began their career as a Foreign Expert at Hebei University of Science and Technology in 2002. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Teacher's Assistant at Youth Consultation Services, where they taught various subjects and created individual lesson plans for students.

In 2005, Nichole joined Ontel Products Corporation as a Receptionist/Procurement, handling incoming calls, mail distribution, and supply management. Nichole then worked at Turnstyles Ticketing as a Customer Service Representative from 2006 to 2007.

From 2006 to 2013, Nichole held multiple roles at Atlantic Imaging Group, LLC. Nichole started as a Scheduler, handling radiology appointments and training new employees. Nichole was later promoted to Scheduling Call Center Supervisor and Administrative Assistant, where they managed daily deposits and supported senior staff in arbitration proceedings.

In 2013, Nichole joined BioReference Laboratories as an IT Department Coordinator, coordinating interviews and serving as a project coordinator. Nichole then became a Quality Assurance QA Analyst, conducting quality tests and providing detailed analysis on system enhancements. Nichole was later promoted to Technical Quality Assurance Lead, leading system testing and coordinating with external developers.

In 2017, Nichole transitioned to GeneDx as a Scrum Master, leading the development and facilitation of daily scrums and supporting the provider portal implementation. Nichole was later promoted to Manager of GeneDx Technical Operations, where they managed cross-functional relationships and led a team of analysts.

Currently, Nichole is the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at BioReference, a role they started in 2023.

Nichole Cambria holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from American InterContinental University, obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Art in Communication & Journalism from the University of Pittsburgh, completing their studies in 2001.
