Erin Nagle is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and staffing across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bio-Techne since March 2021, Erin leads full-cycle recruiting efforts for senior-level positions and develops strategic sourcing strategies to enhance organizational growth. Prior to this role, Erin worked at Aerotek as a Sr. Scientific Recruiter specializing in Life Sciences, and held multiple positions at Patrice and Associates Franchising Inc, including Corporate Recruiter, where Erin was recognized with the Presidents Club Award and the Excellence in Marketing Award in 2016. Erin's career began at Fantastic Sams Hair Salons as a Customer Service Consultant, following education at the Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute.
