Lee Peters, MBA, has extensive experience in commercial operations and customer excellence, currently serving as Senior Manager at Bio-Techne since August 2011. With a strong background in managing an order entry and management team, Lee optimizes performance trends and enhances team efficiency through data analysis. Previous roles at Bio-Techne include Senior Associate in Technical Service, where scientific expertise was utilized to assist international trade partners, and Senior Research Associate in Quality Control, focusing on the physical properties of proteins and antibodies. Lee's educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Growth from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota. Prior to Bio-Techne, Lee volunteered at The Visible Heart® Laboratory at the University of Minnesota.
