Michael Toussaint

Michael Toussaint has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. From 2018 to the present, they have been serving as the Sr. Director of Operations and Facilities at Bio-Techne, a life science company. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2018, they were the General Manager at Bicron Electronics. In addition to their corporate roles, they have also been actively involved in community service, serving as the President-Chairman of the Empty Spaces Project Art Gallery from 2015 to 2016. Throughout their career, Toussaint has demonstrated expertise in operations management, strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, and lean principles. Michael has held positions such as Performance Improvement Engineering Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at Kaman Precision Products and Chairman and Corporate Lean Council Member at Kaman Aerospace Group. Moreover, they have been a Board of Directors member and VP of the AME Northest Region at The Association for Manufacturing Excellence from 2009 to 2016. Toussaint's work experience reflects their ability to drive operational efficiencies and bottom-line savings while emphasizing employee development and continuous improvement.

Michael Toussaint completed their education at the University of New Haven, where they received an Executive Master's of Business Administration (EMBA) in Business Administration and Executive Management in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in General Studies/Organizational Management from Charter Oak State College in 2011. Michael also obtained an A.S. degree in Management from Manchester Community College. Additionally, they pursued a program at the Harvard Business School's School of Continuing Education in Leadership Development.
