Renata Szymanska has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Advisor at Bio-Techne since December 2018, after progressing from the role of Customer Service Advisor. Prior to this, Renata held the position of Telephone Operator at Royal Cars Oxford for nearly a year and worked as a Showroom Host at Marshall Audi for four years. Renata began a career in management as a Duty Manager at Co-op, where employment spanned over five years. Educationally, Renata obtained A-level qualifications in Polish Language and Literature, English, and Social Studies from ZSP5.lodz.pl, and completed a Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Human Resources Practice through Assos CIPD from 2017 to 2019, alongside coursework at Abingdon and Witney College from 2012 to 2014.
