Samira Bersoul

Samira Bersoul currently serves as Managing Partner at Durably, where the focus is on aligning passionate ESG professionals with companies pursuing sustainability. In addition, Samira holds the position of Chairwoman of the Board at the Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries (BIO), supporting sustainable development in emerging markets. With a strong background in human resources, Samira has served as International Human Resources Director at Lignaverda and previously as Senior Talent Expert at Sopra Steria. Additional roles have included HR Matchmaker at HR Talents, Strategic Change & Transformation Human Resources Interim Manager at Wynn's Europe, and Human Resources Director at both Hifferman Group and its subsidiary FAM. Samira's educational credentials include recent studies in Sustainable Leadership at Antwerp Management School and a prior education at Guberna and Antwerp Management School.
