Kathrin Weber

Kathrin Weber is a seasoned legal professional and business leader with extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate, Commercial, and Distribution Law. Currently serving as a member of the Certified Supervisory Expert Commission at UBIT-Akademie incite since January 2025, Kathrin has been a partner at Torggler Rechtsanwälte GmbH since September 2012, focusing on restructuring and corporate law matters. In addition, Kathrin holds the position of Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board at ZKW since November 2018 and is a co-founder of Art Space Anderl Weber, a private initiative dedicated to promoting art. Earlier in the career, Kathrin worked as a lawyer at Schönherr Rechtsanwälte GmbH from 2005 to 2012, specializing in corporate and M&A law. Educational credentials include a Dr. in Law from the University of Vienna (2003-2007) and both a Mag. in Business Administration and a Mag. in Law from WU (1998-2004) and the University of Vienna (1996-2003), respectively.
