Howard Levy

Howard Levy serves as the Chief Medical Officer at BioAegis Therapeutics, Inc., starting in December 2023, and has extensive experience in the biotechnology sector as a Senior Medical Advisor at ZZ Biotech and as a consultant through Howard Levy Consulting LLC since May 2010. With a strong background in new product development for medical devices and biological medications, Howard has held senior medical leadership roles in various organizations, including as CMO at Ampio Pharmaceuticals and Catalyst Biosciences. Howard's expertise encompasses strategy development, clinical study design, and regulatory knowledge for both FDA and EU directives, complemented by experience in intensive care, pulmonology, and medical management. Howard holds an MB BCH in Medicine and Surgery from the University of the Witwatersrand, completed in 1979.
