Lakshmi Pillai-Kastoori

Lakshmi Pillai-Kastoori is an experienced professional in the field of bioanalytics and analytical development, currently serving as Manager I for Operations CMC BioAnalytical at BioAgilytix since July 2022. Prior to this role, Lakshmi held positions as Senior Bioanalytical Scientist at StrideBio, Inc. and Senior Scientist in Analytical Development at Krystal Biotech, Inc., overseeing assay development and validation for various clinical programs. Additional experience includes significant contributions at LI-COR Biosciences in product development and research applications, as well as a foundational role as a Junior Research Fellow at the National Institute for Research in Reproductive Health. Lakshmi earned a Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Kentucky, following a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Ramnarain Ruia College.
