Jorge Stephan

Jorge Stephan currently serves as the Executive Director at Biobarica - Hyperbaric Systems since April 2022 and has been the MD Director - Partner at SommierCenter since February 2009. Prior to these roles, Jorge was a Director and Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley from January 1996 to September 2017, where responsibilities included managing investment processes, strategies, and performance analysis tools. Jorge’s experience spans significant involvement in Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance and enterprise risk management. Educational qualifications include a Finance degree from Florida International University, a Licentiate in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a degree in International Private Law from the University of Buenos Aires.
