Richard Francis

Richard Francis is the co-Founder and CEO of the digital health company, Biobuddy, where he drives market strategy and product development. He is the inventor of the biometric display technology platform behind the Biobuddy product. Prior to Biobuddy, he was VP of Digital Health at a leading software development company and the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of a professional services wellness company whose investors included Fred Smith, the Founder and CEO of FedEx Corporation. Previously, Rich helped grow a small health management company to become the nation’s leading provider of wellness solutions, later acquired by Healthways for $450M. He has over 20 years experience in healthcare and wellness, from marketing and product development to clinical exercise physiology and biomechanics research. Rich completed his degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of California at Davis.
