Cindy Ali

Cindy Ali has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Cindy began their career as a Production Chemist at Bio-Rad Laboratories in 1989. Cindy later transitioned to the role of Product Manager III, where they successfully led the global commercialization of over 20 new products. Cindy also served as a Project Manager III, leading cross-functional teams and managing high-profile projects.

In 2008, Cindy joined Kumon as a Kumon Instructor, where they successfully started up a franchise business and helped over 100 students develop math and reading skills.

Most recently, Cindy worked at Biocare Medical where they held various roles. As a Senior Product Manager, they managed the IHC instrumentation product line and designed specifications for automated staining platforms. Cindy later became a Project Manager, where they worked directly with the COO to carry out strategic objectives, developed project plans, and chaired cross-functional team meetings.

Throughout their career, Cindy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, adaptability to new technologies and markets, and a focus on achieving successful product launches.

Cindy Ali obtained a Certificate in Agile Management from Villanova University in the academic year 2017-2018. Cindy also earned a Certificate in Project Management from UC Berkeley Extension in the period from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, Cindy completed their MBA in Business from Saint Mary's College of California from 1998 to 2000. Cindy'sundergraduate studies were in Genetics, and they received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis between 1985 and 1989.
