David Jinks

David Jinks has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. David is currently the Director of People at Biocatalysts Ltd, where they support the employee lifecycle across multiple locations. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Human Resources Director at Rockley Photonics, where they implemented HR processes and supported the executive team. David also acted as interim CHRO during a period of transition. Before that, David held various HR positions at Fike Corporation, BAE Systems, and Wales Audit Office.

David Jinks earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Italian from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in the years 1999 to 2003. David also obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in the years 2003 to 2004.
