Edrick Lambrano

Edrick Lambrano has extensive work experience in the field of payments optimization, risk fraud management, and data analytics. Edrick has worked as a Threat Analytics Team Lead at BioCatch since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Payments optimization & Risk fraud consultant at their own company from 2018 to 2020, where they focused on creating and implementing fraud management strategies and optimizing payment processes. Before that, they worked at nZone Media as a Data fraud manager & eCommerce payments Optimization from 2016 to 2018, where they successfully implemented data-driven insights to constantly improve fraud processes and payment optimization. At nZone Media, they also served as a Senior Fraud Data Analyst from 2015 to 2018, overseeing the reporting and analysis of fraud data and mentoring a team. Prior to nZone Media, Edrick worked at Paysafe Group as a Risk Analyst from 2014 to 2015, where they conducted daily reviews of high-risk transactions and implemented strategies to prevent fraudulent activities. Edrick began their career at MindGeek as a Fraud Analyst Risk management from 2012 to 2014, where they independently analyzed subsidy life cycles and developed processes to minimize company losses.

Edrick Lambrano has a diverse education history. In 2003-2008, they attended the Catholic University of Colombia, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services. In 2013, they briefly studied Risk Management at Columbia University. More recently, from 2021 to 2022, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Data Science and Business Analytics at The University of Texas at Austin.
