Paula Savanti

Head of Investor Relations at Bioceres Crop Solutions

Paula Savanti has extensive work experience in the fields of investor relations, corporate finance, strategic research, and global development. Paula currently holds the position of Head of Investor Relations at Bioceres Crop Solutions, a role they have been in since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Corporate Finance and Strategic Research at the same company from December 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining Bioceres Crop Solutions, Paula worked at Rabobank for over a decade. Paula held the positions of Senior Analyst, Consumer Foods from April 2015 to December 2019, and Senior Food & Agribusiness Research Analyst from September 2008 to March 2015.

In addition, Paula contributed to FoodBytes! by Rabobank as a Mentor from March 2015 to December 2019, where they provided guidance and support to entrepreneurs in the food and agriculture sector.

Prior to their tenure at Rabobank, Paula gained valuable experience at The World Bank. Paula worked as a Consultant/Economist from August 2006 to August 2008, where they were part of a team responsible for leading, writing, and executing the World Development Report 2008: Agriculture for Development, the World Bank’s flagship publication. Paula presented the report's findings to various stakeholders in over 20 countries across Africa, Asia, and Europe. Additionally, Paula served as a Junior Professional Associate in the Education Sector for Latin America and the Caribbean at The World Bank from August 2002 to August 2004. In this role, they worked on education-related loans in Nicaragua, Brazil, and Argentina and co-authored multiple reports on the education sector in the region.

Paula Savanti completed their education with a focus on economic development. From 2004 to 2006, they attended Harvard Kennedy School and obtained a degree in MPA/ID (Master's in Public Administration/International Development) with a specialization in Economic Development. Prior to that, they studied Economics at Universidad de 'San Andrés' from 1997 to 2000. It is unclear if they obtained a specific degree during this period.
