Akos Kalman

Akos Kalman is a seasoned professional in the poultry industry, currently serving as a Technical Sales Manager at Biochem Zusatzstoffe Handels- und Produktionsgesellschaft mbH since December 2020. Previously, Akos worked at the AKI - Institute of Agricultural Economics from June 2012 to December 2020 in various roles, including Poultry Expert Researcher and Product Manager of Poultry and Poultry Products, where responsibilities encompassed market analysis, research projects, and influencing factors in the food chain. Earlier experience includes a traineeship at Baak Pluimvee and farm work in a family business from 2000 to 2012. Akos is pursuing a PhD in Management and Business Administration with a focus on Poultry Science at Magyar Agrár- és Élettudományi Egyetem (MATE), where a prior degree in Agrobusiness and Rural Development was also obtained.
