Peter Nalbach

Peter Nalbach is a results-driven engineering leader with extensive experience in medical device manufacturing. They served as the VP and GM of Biologics Manufacturing at SeaSpine, managing a facility with over 140 employees and overseeing operations, finance, and engineering. Peter also held various leadership roles in manufacturing engineering and played a key role in process development and product launches at several companies, including Boston Scientific and Endologix Inc. Currently, they are a board member at Biocom California and a partner at Pragmatic Solutions, focusing on strategy development and process improvement in the medical device and biotechnology sectors. Peter earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
