Maninder Kaur

Maninder Kaur has over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Associate Scientific Manager II at Biocon Biologics since May 2018, where responsibilities include process development and technology transfer for large-scale manufacturing, alongside regulatory support. Prior roles at Biocon from January 2011 to April 2018 included Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist, where focus areas encompassed SVP analysis and collaboration across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory divisions. Earlier experience as a lecturer at Global Group of Institutions and a research fellow at the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology involved advanced research on drug delivery systems. Maninder Kaur holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Analysis from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Guru Jambheshwar University.
