Mihir Sejpal

Mihir Sejpal is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Business Manager at Biocon since June 2019, Mihir oversees business operations and development across Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey. Previously, Mihir held the position of Associate Manager, managing markets in APAC and Russia-CIS. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included managing the API business and developing market strategies for China, and a similar role at ACG Worldwide focused on expanding the business of empty capsules. Mihir's career began as a Professional Sales Officer at Pfizer and included a summer traineeship at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH centered on market research.
