Nancy Vosnidou, Ph.D. (she/her) has an extensive work experience in the field of intellectual property. Nancy began their career in 1991 as a Supervisor of Laboratory Services at the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Medicine. Nancy then worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1996 to 2002. In 2002, Nancy began working as a Senior Scientist at Abbott Bioresearch Center, where they held responsibilities for competitive intelligence and disease mechanism expertise for autoimmune and inflammatory disease targets. In 2005, Nancy joined Monsanto Company as a Science Communications Lead, Corn Technology Strategy & Ops Lead, and Intellectual Property Leader. In this role, they managed a group of over 20 patent scientists, developed and implemented IP strategies, and had progressive increases in responsibility and people management. From 2014 to 2015, Nancy worked as a Consultant, providing biotechnology IP and strategy consulting to startups and small companies. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Intellectual Property Group at Indigo. Finally, in 2021, Nancy became the Director of Intellectual Property at BioConsortia, Inc., where they grew the patent estate by over 60%, established a portfolio innovation matrix, and reduced external IP spend.

Nancy Vosnidou, Ph.D. (she/her) obtained their Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, their M.S. in Pathology - Clinical Chemistry from the same institution, and their B.S. in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Nancy is also a USPTO Registered Patent Agent.
