Sean Uniacke

Sean Uniacke possesses extensive experience in finance and operations within the healthcare and pharmaceuticals sectors. Notably, Sean served as the Executive Director of FP&A for Discovery and Development at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from October 2020 to December 2022, following a role as Director in the same area. Before BioCryst, Sean held the position of Executive Director of Business Finance at Syneos Health, overseeing the General Medicine business unit. Prior experience includes a decade at PRA Health Sciences, where Sean progressed from Director to Executive Director of Operations Finance. Early in Sean's career, a foundational role in research was held at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Sean earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Cincinnati and a BS in Biology from Xavier University.
