Kelley Gipson has over 30 years of experience in communications and marketing. kelley began their career in 1988 as an Executive Vice President, Group Account Director at FCB Global, where they specialized in product launches, repositionings, restagings, extensions, brand identity and brand building for clients such as Avis, A&E, BusinessWeek, Christian Dior, CIT Group, CBS Cable, East River Savings Bank, Theirtory Channel, Prudential Securities, and Van Cleef & Arpels. In 2000, they became the Director of Global Corporate Communications & Brand Marketing at CIT, where they were a member of the Executive Management Committee and Women's Leadership Council, and was the communications lead on three CEO successions, two IPOs, and the largest financial services restructuring to date. kelley also implemented a comprehensive global brand platform unifying CIT's varied business channels, product lines, and markets. In 2012, they became a Principal Consultant at Surroundings LLC, where they were a communications specialist and brand strategist. In 2013, they joined Ratio Consulting as an Engagement Consultant for Communications, Marketing, where they were a communications specialist and brand strategist. In 2014, they became the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Marketing/Membership & Strategic Partnerships at BioCT.
Kelley Gipson completed an Executive Education Program on Negotiation at Harvard Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Science at New York University.
