Gautham Pasupuleti is the Chairman of Biodesign Innovation Labs, a medical device and healthcare technology company focused on developing innovative yet affordable medical tech solutions. Gautham is also the Founder of CornealX and serves as an Associate Professor at TDU. Additionally, Gautham is a Startup Mentor at Mount Sinai Innovation Partners and a Leadership Development Consultant at Leadership Initiatives. Gautham also serves as an Advisor at Empire State Development and an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University. Furthermore, Gautham has experience as a Resident Fellow at Halcyon and has represented The World Bank and Atlantic Council as a delegate. Gautham holds degrees in Instrumentation and Control Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Biodesign Innovation Labs
We're a small, international team of designers, engineers, doctors and industry experts, working on a life-saving medical device. Patients and healthcare providers need a safe, affordable and portable alternative to prolonged manual ventilation. Our solutions, RespirAID helps to reduce morbidity caused by a shortage of ventilators in low-resource settings. We work closely with Stanford Biodesign Alumni, professors and clinicians from the Consortium for Affordable Medical Technologies (CAMTech) at Massachusetts General Hospital's Center for Global Health, affiliated to Harvard Medical School.
