Becky Yacht-Yhap

Becky Yacht-Yhap's work experience begins in 2002 as Director of Public Relations and Fundraising at WVFS Tallahassee. Becky managed a team, coordinated pledge drives, and organized community events. In 2005, they joined DISC Village as an HIV/AIDS Counselor and Educator where they conducted staff trainings, implemented education classes, and promoted awareness events. From 2006 to 2008, Becky worked as a Marketing Specialist for the Florida Department of Health, where they produced press releases, planned events, and executed educational and social activities. In 2008, they served as a Public Relations Intern at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, where they organized events and fundraisers. From 2009 to 2016, Becky held various roles at Helomics, including Marketing Communication Manager and Clinical Oncology Specialist. Becky oversaw marketing teams, managed sales training, and provided diagnostic testing. Most recently, since 2016, Becky has been working at Biodesix, Inc. in roles such as Senior Director of Commercial Effectiveness and Director of Sales Training.

Becky Yacht-Yhap holds a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Florida State University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate and second Master's degrees in Integrated Marketing Communication and Child and Family Sciences at Florida State University from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Challenger Fundamentals - Sales Coaching from Challenger in 2022.
