Gary Herman

Gary Herman has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Gary currently works at BioDigital as a Senior Engineer since 2017. Prior to this, they were the principal at geeherman.com since 2009. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at SWARM. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for mentoring and managing junior engineers. At Lazoo Worldwide, they served as the VP of Digital Development from 2011 to 2015. Gary also worked as a Software Developer at Grandparents.com from 2009 to 2010. Before that, they were a Software Developer at TRADEWARE GLOBAL from 2008 to 2009, where they gained experience with Java/Swing and FIX. Gary was also the Co-founder and Technical Director of Gaia Industries from 2005 to 2007, leading a team of programmers and contributing to the development of a video game. Gary started their career at Real Estate Online as a Lead Software Developer/Systems Administrator/DBA from 2003 to 2005. Lastly, Gary worked at CRITICAL ARC/RESTAURANTPRO.COM and BRODIA.COM as a Senior Software Engineer from 2000 to 2001 and 1998 to 2000, respectively.

Gary Herman attended Stanford University from 1990 to 1996. During this time, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science. Gary also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and specialized in Human-Computer Interaction.
