Cathy Potgieter, FCIPD, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of People at Biofidelity, Cathy has held significant roles such as Human Resources Director at RealVNC and consultant at Sherlock Biosciences, where Cathy facilitated the integration of two organizations post-acquisition. Previously, Cathy was the VP of Human Resources at Sense Biodetection Ltd, contributing to the development of innovative diagnostic products, and has held senior HR positions at Telensa, CJ HR Consultancy, Charterhouse Print Management Ltd, Williams Lea, Wilson James, and Johnson Controls. Cathy holds degrees in Human Resource Management and CIPD from Anglia Ruskin University.
