Marion Richardson

Marion Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2002, they worked as a Customer Sales representative at Marks and Spencer, where they provided high-quality customer service and managed stock. From 2008 to 2012, Marion worked at Oxford Cryosystems in various roles, including Service & Support Manager and Product Support Coordinator. Marion oversaw technical support and sales teams, managed service budgets, and planned logistics for international installations. Marion also worked in purchasing, where they ensured the timely arrival of components and played a role in establishing formal terms and conditions of purchase.

In 2012, Marion joined Johnson Matthey, starting as a New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead. Marion worked on high-risk technical projects, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and led the delivery of customer requirements. Marion also played a part in shaping the company's standard way of working in various departments. In 2014, they took on the role of Senior NPI Lead, where they worked closely with chemists and engineers to develop groundbreaking technologies and managed cross-sector program management. From 2016 to 2020, Marion served as the Principal NPI team manager, responsible for internal training, coaching, and transforming the regional process into a global way of working.

In addition to their academic achievements, Marion Richardson has obtained various certifications. In 2017, they completed PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from The Knowledge Academy. Most recently, in March 2023, Marion obtained the Sustainability Essentials for SME and Startups certification from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL).
