Charlotte Swärd

Charlotte Swärd has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within marketing, project management, and production. Their most recent position is the Design Studio Director at BioGaia AB, a role they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Granath for ten years as an Account Manager and Head of Production, where they were responsible for managing projects and campaigns for clients such as Arbetsmiljöverket and Polisen. Charlotte also handled production, resource planning, and workflow processes. Charlotte also worked at Natrium as a Digital Account Director and Head of Production, overseeing digital projects and administrative matters from April 2015 to February 2017. Before that, they worked as a Digital Account Manager at Natrium from September 2011 to April 2015. Additionally, they have experience as a Marketing Coordinator at Bulls Press, where they managed marketing activities for various brands, including a significant focus on the Moomin characters. Charlotte has worked on projects such as the Moomin's 65th anniversary event at NK and a major online horse racing competition. Charlotte also coordinated exhibitions at Formex and Ambiente. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Lokaltidningen Mitt i from 2006 to 2008.

Charlotte Swärd attended Berghs School of Communication in 2020, where they pursued a degree in ARU - Ansvarig reklamutgivare and focused on Juridik inom marknadskommunikation. In 2010, they attended Forsbergs skola and completed a foundational program in Graphic Design & Advertisement. From 2002 to 2006, Charlotte Swärd attended Södertörn University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Design & Production.

In 2005, they briefly studied Sociologi A/Ledarskap at Gotland University. Additionally, during the same period, they completed a Grundkurs in Nationalekonomi at Södertörn University. Charlotte also undertook a Grundkurs in French at Stockholm University in 2002 and pursued French Studies at Azurlingua/Nice in 2001.

Before pursuing higher education, Charlotte Swärd completed their secondary education at Blackebergs Gymnasium from 1998 to 2001, acquiring All behörighet in Natural Sciences. Charlotte began their academic journey at Hässelby Villastads Skola, where they completed their grundskola education from 1989 to 1998.
