Wilson Lanera Jr has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Wilson started their career at DM9DDB as an intern and later worked as a Web Designer and Front-end Developer. Wilson then moved on to Uniban - Anhanguera Holding, where they served as a Junior Web Designer and later as a Senior Web Developer. At Hypera, Wilson held multiple roles, including Lead Web Developer, Digital Project Manager, and eventually Head of Digital Marketing. During their time at Hypera, they led numerous digital strategy and creative management projects for over 60 pharmaceutical brands. Wilson also partnered with major companies like Google, Facebook, and Oath to develop data-driven digital solutions. Wilson then joined Ferring Pharmaceuticals as a Digital Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for exploring and executing digital innovations within the company. Wilson worked closely with internal stakeholders to translate digital initiatives into strategic objectives and managed internal and external partners to implement data-driven digital solutions. In their most recent role as the Sales and Marketing Director at BioGaia AB, Wilson has been driving growth and managing sales and marketing to ensure profitability, revenue growth, market penetration, brand awareness, sell-through, and customer engagement. Wilson successfully implemented marketing initiatives resulting in double-digit growth for the Probiotic Portfolio. With their strong background in digital marketing, strategic planning, and team leadership, Wilson has developed a well-rounded skill set in achieving business objectives.

In 2002-2003, they participated in the Exchange Student Program - Senior Year at Bloomington High School, where they gained valuable academic and cultural experiences.

From 2004 to 2007, Wilson pursued their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at Universidade São Judas Tadeu.

In 2012-2013, they furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.

In 2020, Wilson attended the University of Toronto and obtained a Certificate in Agile Project Management.
