Cynthia Gonzales is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in global sales and business travel management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Sales at Viceroy Hotels and Resorts since April 2019, Cynthia oversees sales for multiple luxury properties, including Viceroy Los Cabos and Viceroy Santa Monica. Previously, Cynthia held significant roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where responsibilities included strategic business planning and sales management for Le Meridien Delfina. Additionally, Cynthia's earlier experience at Viceroy Hotel Group involved coordination of sales and events, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and revenue generation.
