Julia Thomasson

Julia Thomasson is a Laboratory Scientist at BioGaia AB since September 2021. Previously, Julia completed a Master Thesis at Lunds tekniska högskola in 2021, focusing on applied microbiology, which involved flow cytometry, yeast, lactic acid bacteria, and the automation of analytical methods using Matlab. From June 2019 to May 2021, Julia served as a Circus Trainer at Malmö Cirkusskola, teaching various apparatuses while ensuring safety and developing lesson plans. Julia also gained experience as a Production Worker at Akzo Nobel in 2018 and as a Care Assistant at Sölvesborgs kommun from 2016 to 2017, enhancing skills in cooperation, communication, and planning. Julia holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, obtained in 2021.
