Glenna Griffin

Glenna Griffin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Enterprise Learning & Development, notably serving as the Head of Enterprise Learning & Development at Biogen from April 2020 to July 2022. In this role, Glenna excelled in driving executive and leadership development programming while leading teams to design scalable and impactful learning experiences. Prior to Biogen, Glenna held significant positions at SAS Institute, including Head of the US Center of Expertise and Senior Manager of Global Professional Skills, where responsibilities included developing global training initiatives for over 13,000 employees.
