Haleh Valian

Haleh Valian, PhD, is a distinguished professional in the field of quality analytics with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Quality Analytics at Biogen since October 2018, Haleh leads the R&D Quality Analytics and Reporting team, focusing on enhancing the Quality Management System through data analytics and AI. Previous positions include Associate Director of Quality Analytics at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Senior Manager at Biogen Idec, where Haleh contributed to data-driven innovations. Haleh has also held roles in academia, serving as an adjunct professor, and has a strong background in statistical data analysis and process improvement from various roles in financial and healthcare sectors. Haleh obtained a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers University, complemented by a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology.
