Millie Shah

Principal Scientist

Millie Shah is a biomedical engineering PhD with a strong background in both wet-lab techniques and computational modeling. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and completed their Doctorate at the University of Virginia, where their dissertation focused on systems biology approaches to coxsackieviral heart disease. Millie has held positions as a Doctoral Candidate at UVA, a Post-Doctoral Fellow at AstraZeneca, and has contributed to various organizations, including Jhpiego and HIBio. Their work has been recognized with prestigious fellowships, including the American Heart Association Pre-doctoral Fellowship and the Sture G. Olsson Fellowship in Engineering. Millie currently serves as a Principal Scientist at Biogen.
