Natalie Schmitz

Natalie Schmitz, MPA, PharmD, PhD, is a Principal Scientist in Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics at Biogen since August 2022. Prior to this role, Natalie served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy from November 2018 to August 2022 and completed a PhD as a candidate at the University of Minnesota from August 2014 to October 2018, focusing on Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology. Additional experience includes work as a Pharmacist at Minnesota Medical Solutions LLC and various pharmacy rotations at prestigious institutions such as the FDA and Mayo Clinic. Educational qualifications comprise a Doctor of Philosophy in Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology from the University of Minnesota and both a PharmD and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Drake University.
